I write about how to navigate the workplace. These were interesting insights. I believe there's a new type of leadership that's emerging and it doesn't have a name. It's called having influence rather than leadership. I plan to write about this but def could use tips on raw leadership

Glad to hear it resonated! It's definitely an emerging topic worth addressing. Lack of training for remote workforce management is part of it. Another element is that multiple systems for assigning and tracking tasks create ambiguous workloads. It becomes hard for employees to consolidate all that's assigned to them, and harder still for their managers to see all that's on the teams' plate.
